Flex Gym ("we", "us") operates the fitness club at 123 Fitness Avenue, Downtown, Your City, Your State, 00000, Your Country and this website. We are the "Data Fiduciary" for the personal data described in this policy under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our services:

- Technical data sent with a form: your IP address and browser type, which we store to prevent spam and abuse.
- Members: details you provide when joining, such as contact details, emergency contact, health declaration and payment records.
How we use your information
- To call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry and book your free trial.
- To manage your membership, payments, class bookings and progress check-ins.
- To keep our website and members safe, including preventing spam and fraud.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Consent and your choices
By submitting a form you consent to us processing your details for the purpose stated on that form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@flexgym.example; this does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie that protect our forms. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and gym — for example our web host, email provider and payment processor — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted if you do not become a member. Member records are kept for the duration of your membership and as long afterwards as required for tax and legal purposes.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls and spam protection. No system is completely secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect any misuse.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed.
- Have your grievances addressed, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Children
Our services are intended for adults. We only process data of anyone under 18 with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
